Help

ah, the batcave! I love traveling through books, too!
I like the safety of my little nest with my books and other stuff. What are some of your favourite books? Maybe I should check your profile…yep, going to have a peek now….Nope, nothing there.
…sorry mimi !, this is for the second time you are asking the question about books…earlier in another thread you had enquired about what i was reading etc,etc which i had not responded to owing to work pressure…presently i am away at Delhi…soon on reaching Bangalore i shall make a list of my favourite books and let you know…BTW i am afraid my list may not be of much of inspiration or information for you as most of them are local writers and on Adhyatma ( spirituality ).. besides a swim addict i am a bibliophile too and i love you for your healthy curiosity about books despite your heavy work schedule…thank you mimi dear …love and hugs…

I will look forward to hearing about some of your books. For the last 5 years or so, I became more and more interested in Indian yogic philosophy. Probably because of practicing yoga for a few years and then “realizing” the spiritual parts and wanting to know more about and connect with that part. I was surprised to learn about the “Eight Limbs of Yoga”. in the Yoga Sutra. I enjoyed B. K.S. Iyengar's “Light on Life -the Yoga Journey to Wholeness, Inner Peace, and Ultimate Freedom”. I am enjoying the spiritual journey with the yogis ;>) Any recommendations? (I have an Amazon account ;>)
Hi mimi , my reply for the first line :
…presently i am reading the following books:
1) So you want to know the TRUTH …by Paramahamsa Nithyananda
2) The Seven Pillars of Health…by Don Colbert , MD
3) Letters from DAD-A Tribute to Fatherhood…written & compiled by Joan Aho Ryan
…about the rest of your post i have something to share in detail when time permits …
…have a nice day AWAY FROM TV !!…
