This is in Response to the Questions and Reflections for February 25, 2008:
Reading story books and cartoons.......during holidays and week-ends i used to read under dimly lit oil-lamp ( electricity was not even heard of in those days in our village ! ) story books till wee hours of the morning... i am fast approaching 60 but this habit has still not changed, but the graceful improvement is that oil lamp has become a thing of past now that i am staying in city with all basic comforts ....another change is now i cannot read fictions anymore at all....instead i read only hard stuffs- non-fiction and poetry........

Help

These are precious joy indeed. I read by oil lamp too so I know how much fun that could be…

Thank You Dear Amy the Poet, Philsopher, Writer… …and so on………for stopping by and sharing your thoughts……..out of curiosity i visited your profile and web site,….. was simply astounded at the lovely stuff spread all over…………………………delivered a word of thanks with ' Big Love '……in fact you deserve much more …………..Thank You once again………………
Thanks Jagadish Your name drew me into your blog. :-) I think it means “ruler of the world” in Sanskrit. I love it! My grandpa had a similar name…and I even used a variation of that very name for the hero of my novel…
Well. Thanks for reading me and visiting my site. That's lovely of you. I look forward to reading more of you…lol…but not by oil lamp.
Amy :-)
