How do you keep from feeling depressed during the hoildays?
SWIMMING!!...An exhilarating joy and experience of achievement.There's nothing to beat the experience of moving along with the whispering wind, the murmuring of water against your body and the rush of water splash alround.It's a sense of total peace and freedom.Swimming is the most efficient method of de-stressing; worries just evoporate into the thin air!Swimming is simply intoxicating!!!Why don't you people give a try and share your experience.
My another way of fighting depression is by READING BOOKS......an all time favourite pastime....presently i'm reading the following books...all by VIKAS MALKANI...i strongly recomend my fellow members to browse through these books atleast once:
