What are your plans for the New Year?

This is in Response to the Questions and Reflections for December 20, 2007:

nothing! for me the question itself looks silly!!  .............what's so great about new year day ?considering that it is just another day on the man made calender...so how can it be different from any other day of the year.......rather each one of us should mourn on this day considering we 've come closer to the grave by a year...this life is beautiful.and so for me every day is IMPORTANT like any other day and we should try to live it to the fullest with positive mindset

How do you keep from feeling depressed during the hoildays?

SWIMMING!!...An exhilarating joy and experience of achievement.There's nothing to beat the experience of moving along with the whispering wind, the murmuring of water against your body and the rush of water splash alround.It's a sense of total peace and freedom.Swimming is the most efficient method of de-stressing; worries just evoporate into the thin air!Swimming  is simply intoxicating!!!Why don't you people give a try and share your experience.

My another way of fighting depression is by READING BOOKS......an all time favourite pastime....presently i'm reading the following books...all by VIKAS MALKANI...i strongly recomend  my fellow members to browse through these books atleast once:

1 The Art of Conscious Living.
2 Rich Monk's Guide To Success & Inner peace.
3 Spirituality made Simple.
4 Reflections on God, Love, Life, Growth, Fear, Relationships....
5 All You Wanted To Know About Meditation
6 All You Wanted To Know About Stress and Anger

7 All You Wanted To Know About Relaxation
8 All You Wanted To Know About Motivation
9 All You Wanted To Know About Happiness
10 All You Wanted To Know About Self Motivation

i think it's enough for time being.....please do give the feed back....in the meanwhile wishing all the fellow members a very, very,happy new year with lots of SWIMMING and READING actvities

What book are you reading right now?

....from each book i'm reading  few chapters at a time and intend comleting by 5th of january 2008....each book is quite absorbing and practically very uplifting
